Mountain Air Dance is growing, and we’re looking for dynamic, passionate Aerial Dance Instructors to join our vibrant teaching team.
At Mountain Air Dance, we believe aerial arts are about more than tricks; it’s about artistry, confidence, connection, and joy. Our instructors collaborate, support one another, and help students of all ages feel strong, creative, and empowered.
What You’ll Do
Teach engaging aerial dance classes in a supportive, safety-focused environment
Guide students through thoughtful progressions that build strength, artistry, and confidence
Collaborate with a creative team of instructors and directors
Mentor assistant teachers and help shape the next generation of aerial artists
Contribute your unique voice and artistry to our growing programs
Who You Are
An experienced aerial instructor (silks, sling/hammock, hoop/lyra, trapeze, or related apparatus)
Passionate about safe instruction, creative exploration, and inclusive teaching
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, community-oriented studio
Excited to work with youth, teens, and/or adults at a variety of levels
